N2 Learning ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or get in touch with us, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
N2 Learning provides online tuition in Maths and English for KS2, KS3 and GCSE students across the UK. For the purposes of UK data protection law, N2 Learning is the "data controller" of the personal information described in this policy.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, you can reach us using the details in the Contact Us section below.
We only collect personal information that you choose to give us. Currently, the only way this website collects personal information is through our "Book a Call" enquiry form. When you submit this form, we collect:
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website, so we do not automatically collect browsing data, device information or usage statistics about visitors.
We use the information you provide to:
We do not use your information for any automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information:
We only keep your personal information for as long as we need it. If you make an enquiry but do not go on to book tuition with us, we will keep your details for a reasonable period in case you wish to get back in touch, and will delete them if they are no longer needed. If you become a customer, we retain records for as long as your child is receiving tuition, and for a further period afterwards where we are required to do so for safeguarding, insurance or accounting purposes.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access, including restricting who can access it and using secure methods to store and communicate information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using practices appropriate to the type of data we hold.
Our tuition services are for school-age children, but our enquiry form is designed to be completed by a parent or guardian, not by the child directly. We only collect limited information about a child (such as their year group and the subjects they need help with) as provided to us by their parent or guardian, and only use it to arrange and deliver appropriate tuition.
